At LB Office, we continually strive to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases through us. If you need to return merchandise, the following conditions are to be met:
- All items in resalable condition returned within 30 days after the date of purchase will be credited in-full. However, items returned 31-90 days after the date of purchase are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. No returns can be made after 90 days.
- All items must be in resalable condition/ in their original packaging free from dents, scratches, holes, tears, and writing on packaging.
- Non-refundable items include assembled furniture, special-ordered items, food/perishable items and medical items noted in our catalog.
- Items that were shorted on an order must be called into customer service within two business days to receive full credit.
- Electronic items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty are not returnable. These items must be reported to the manufacturer.
